Bon Secours Community Works owns and operates hundreds of high-quality affordable housing units in West Baltimore. Cap Ex assisted Bon Secours with securing financing from the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development to support a phased renovation of 58 buildings representing 119 scattered site apartment units. As owner’s representative, Cap Ex is coordinating construction activities. (Construction completion anticipated summer 2025)
